Yes! Great concept and wonderfully written. Superb details on the drive’s content and a brutal swerve into darkness. This is everything I need! Mission accomplished, Wendy!

Wonderfully written; the dizzying loop Llysa is now caught in is terrifying. The fact that she will forget each time even as she repeats her mandate is nightmarish! How many times will she tread this circular, bloody path before she succumbs, and who will next find the thumb drive? The possibilities are chilling!

Yikes! The mesmerizing, the terrible act, the forgetting, and then the mesmerizing again - that repetition is terrifying.

Thank you! It's the only way I could think of to make a thumb drive scary.

Well, it definitely worked! I would not want Stellar's thumb drive, that's for sure. But they are an interesting character. Who are they? Where did they come from? Was it just this person that needed murdering for some higher purpose or are they a sadistic serial killer mastermind? Would love to see them pop up in future stories!

Thank you. This is the truest horror: to lose your agency and have no will of your own. To be fully and completely at the whim of another with no say in your own life. It's my greatest fear.

Oh, thank you! I thought it was quite tame compared to the other work I've seen here so I appreciate the compliment. I'm all about the buildup.
